The Cox Care Mobile will be at Clever R 5 Schools on Thursday, November 6, 2014.  The Care Mobile is a FREE medical office on wheels with services provided by a Nurse Practitioner.  The services provided are for individuals from birth to 18 years old.   Flu vaccines and other immunizations are available for those without insurance or with active Medicaid.  You may call your school nurse to inquire about the services provided and to schedule an appointment.  Thank you!
