Who is eligible?
All families must actively
participate in Parents As Teachers
All children must be age 4 by
August 1st in order to be enrolled in the 4 year old program.
All children must be potty
trained (diapers and Pull-Ups are not allowed)
*There is a $60.00 non-refundable enrollment fee.

The first payment
of $30 will be due March 1st. This
payment will hold your child’s placement until the 2nd payment is
due.

The second
payment of $30 will be due in May at the enrollment meeting (TBA).
·
Failure to make
the enrollment fee payments as scheduled above will result in loss of placement
in the program.
Mandatory Parent Enrollment
Meeting: There will be a Mandatory
Parent Meeting in May. This date has not
been set yet, but you will be notified of the date when you receive your
acceptance letter in March. At least one
parent is required to attend. Failure to
attend this meeting may result in your child losing their enrollment spot.
Current tuition rates are
listed below. Please note, these are
current for this year. They are subject
to change for 2014-2015. You will be
notified in your acceptance letter in March what the tuition rates will be.
4 year old program: $25.00 per week
What will the preschool offer my child?
Our preschool offers a
developmentally appropriate preschool experience. Project Construct curriculum is a “hands on
minds on” curriculum. If you are looking
for a “paper/pencil” type curriculum, you WON’T find it here. We feel strongly that we are providing an age
appropriate environment where your child can build a strong foundation for
later learning. We focus on social
emotional development. Remember that
play is the work of preschool children.

later than February 3, 2014. You will be
notified by March 1st, 2013 if you have been selected for

Preschool Sessions: The times listed below are tentative. They are subject to change.
4 year olds: Monday through Friday
A.M:
7:45-10:45
P.M:
11:30-3:15 Monday-Thursday (PM class does not meet Friday afternoons)
IMPORTANT PRESCHOOL INFORMATION:
1. I understand at least one parent from every
preschool family will be required to attend a two hour discipline class, 1-2-3
Magic! Child care will not be provided
and children are not allowed at the training.
Both a daytime and evening session will be offered.
2. I understand I have a $60.00,
non-refundable enrollment fee which will be collected in two payments of $30.00
each. I further understand that I will
forfeit my child’s position if I do not meet the payment deadlines.
3. I understand the weekly fees for the
3-year-old program are not eligible for reduced status based on income.
4. I understand the tuition requirements
and that payment must be made in advance for my child’s attendance.
5. I understand that there is no
guarantee that my first choice for session times will be granted.
6. I understand that once placements
have been assigned, there are no guarantees that session changes can be made.

understand that we have 80 children to place in the preschool, therefore we
CANNOT guarantee that you will receive your first choice. All 4 year old children enrolled at Clever
Kids will automatically be enrolled in the afternoon session for transportation
purposes. Clever Kids will not provide
transportation for children enrolled in the 3 year old program.
